RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a written agreement with International Animal
Exchange, Inc., Ferndale, MI, said agreement providing Por the
donation by the City of St. Paul to International Animal Exchange,
Inc. of two (2) female Timber wolves, named "Lea" and "Sara" for
the purpose of International Animal Exchange, Inc. placing said
wolves at the Grand Park Zoo, Seoul, Korea. Said wolves having
been born at Wolf Park, Battle Ground, IN and donated to Como Zoo
are to be relocated to provide space for a female wolf currently at
Como Zoo and young male wolf, to be acquired in Spring of 1996,
which will form a group of non-breeding wolves for continued
display of wolves at Como Zoo. Said females, which are requested
for relocation, are not compatible with the female currently at
Como Zoo and having no monetary value are hereby declared surplus
