In the Matter of Improving BARCLAY STREET from Case Avenue north to the railroad
right-of-way with new asphalt and doing all other work necessary to complete said
improvements as part of the Barclay Street Paving Project.
The Council of the �ity of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:

That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no aiternatives, and
that the estimated cost thereof is 59,686.13 financed by 2002 Capital
Improvemerlt Bonds $8,301.13 and A5se5sment5 $1,385.00.
That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th dav of March,
2003, at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Cpurt
House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of
the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

The owners of the two properties abutting this section of Barclay Street have agreed to have this
area paved as part of the Case/Hazelwood Area RSVP Project. Work has been completed, and
the ro'ect needs of�cial a roval.

Completed work would be approved, starting the proces towards collecting the assessments.

Assessments would become an encumbrance on the affected properties until paid for.
