1 An ordinance ending mt Paul Legisiative Code Chapter 166.09.01 by
2 extending residen ia permit parking Area 13 in the Irvine Park neighborhood to
3 include residents on the west side of Chestnut/Eagle Parkway between Ryan
4 Avenue and Shepard Road.

SECTION 1.
That the Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 166.09A1(b) shall be amended to cead as
follows:
(b) Restricted residential permit parking areas authorized. The following parking
regulations shall be in effect in the Irvine Park neighborhood:

A. Except by permit or unless otherwise posted, no parking, except holidays, Area 13, on
the following streets:
Both sides of Ryan from Elm to Chestnut
The exterior side of Irvine Park
The west side of Walnut from 120 feet south of West Seventh to Exchange
The east side of Elm Street
The north side of Exchange Street from Chestnut to Walnut
B. Bxcept by permit or unless othenvise posted, no pazking 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and one
hour pazking, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except holidays, Area 13, on the following street:
Both sides of Walnut Street from Exchange St. to the C.M.S.T.P.R.R.
C. �ie Parking °�^"���..�� is banned on the south side of Exchange Street from
Walnut to Elm. Abutting residents on the south side of Exchange Street from Walnut to
Elm, with addresses of 278 Sherman Avenue, 284, 288, 300, 302, 304, and 306
Exchange Street South, shall be included in the Irvine Park residential permit parking
district, Area 13.
D. Parkin� is banned on the west side ofChestnut Street/Eagle Parkway from Rvan Avenue
to Shepard Road. AbuttinQ residents on the west side of Chestnut StreetlEagde ParkwaX
from Ryan Avenue to Shepard Road shall be included in the Irvine Park residential
permit parkinQ district, Area 13. This includes tke addresses of 223, 225, 227 and 229
