The main goal of this new depaztment is to improve iutemal communication and 000rdination of contract related activities and to create a single point of accountability. Moreover, all siaff with contract related responsibilites will operate under the same leadership and mission and can approach their work in a way that will lead to outcomes that meet the policy ohjectives of the City's elected officials.
