ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
The Department of Finance and Management Services, acting through
its authorized director, is hereby directed to hire, retain, and
employ Mr. James McKenzie, real estate appraiser, for the purpose
of appraising real property to be acquired for the Willow Reserve
Land Acquisition as described and on file in the Bureau of
Valuations and incorporated herein by reference, for estimated
compensation in the amount of $750.00, and in accordance with the
terms and conditions of the appraisal assignment being more fully
set forth on the document designated as Appraisal Assignment No. 170,
on file in the Department of Finance and Management Services of the
City of St. Paul.
• FUNDING: $750.00 to be paid from PIR Fund 60000-501-000 (L-781+2),
to be reimbursed from CIB Fund No. 93075-460-006.
