ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that Eugene Preston be paid the sum of $1 ,277- 50
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund in
full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul for
compensation resulting from his injuries of July 18, 1973, while
employed by the Department of Public Works, whereby he suffered a
15/ permanent partial disability to his back; that $1,277. 50 for
5% permanent partial disability to the back is now due and payable;
10% permanent partial disability to the back having been paid
previously.
