ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
It is hereby ordered that the proper City officers are authorized
and directed to execute extension of Lease and Operation Agreement be-
tween the City of Saint Paul and the City of Minneapolis pertaining to
the leasing of the City' s Fire Department' s Training Facilities located
in the vicinity of Snelling Avenue and Midway Stadium, and extending the
term for an additional year, terminating December 31, 1975, unless
further modified by written agreement between the parties, at the same
compensation ($34,000.00 as rent for land and improvements, and $7,000.00
as reimbursement to Saint Paul for services and utilities) .
