RESOLVED:
That Restaurant and Cigarette Licenses No. 5325, both expiring May 319 1960, issued
to Columbus D. Perkins at 386-8 West Central Avenue be and the same are hereby
revoked upon recommendation of the Bureau of Police because of the arrest of
Columbus D. Perkins, licensee, on the charge of sale of liquor at his place of
business without a liquor license,,being bent to court thereon, found guilty
thereto and sentenced to $100.00 or 10 days, paying said fine.
