Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of -benefits., cost and expenses
grading Darlene St. from Hoyt Ave. to Larpenteur Ave.; Luella St. from Idaho Ave.
to Larpenteur Ave.; David St. from Hpyt Ave. to Idaho Ave., and Idaho Ave. from
Hazel St. to Ruth St.
for
under Preliminary Order_ 171711 , approved January 25, 1955 ,
Intermediary Order 1-72681 , approved- April 1.3, 1955
,
Final Order 17'032 , approved May 104 1955
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to.-the- Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 5th
day of 'August , 19 59 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House Id City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance

give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of

f hearing, the natu;A of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
