Whereas, The Village of North St.
Paul has made application for ex-
tending its sanctary sewers as provided
in Section 6 of Ordinance No. 10080,
approved May 13, 1953, and has sub-
mitted plans and specifications for said
work, and
Whereas, The aforesaid plans and

WHEREAS, The Village of North St. Paul has made application for extending
its; sanitary sewers as provided in Section 6 of Ordinance No. 10080, approved
May 13, 1953, and has submitted plans and specifications for said work, and
WHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications are approved by the
Commissioner and Chief 'Engineer of the D epartment of Public Works of the
City of St. Paul; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St. Paul approve the plans
and specifications as submitted for the following sanitary sewer extensions
in North St. Paul as approved by the Village Council of North St. Paul in a
resolution dated August 17, 1959:
Shawnee Drive from Chippewa Avenue to Second Street N.W.
Second Street N.W. from Shawnee Drive to Indian Way
Indian -Way from Second Street N.W. to Helen Street
And:the- Village 'of North St: "Paul be and it is- herei -n authorized to
proceed with the construction of said sanitary sewers in accordance with
said plans and specifications.
