LOWELL Supt. of Public Recreation We have completed a number of inspections of the dwelling at 456 Palace Avenue, described as Lot 13, Block 28, Sub, m of Blocks 28 and 29, Stinson, Brown & Ramseyts Addition. U" o� a This is a two room, single family dwelling, approximately 42 by 14. The kitchen ceiling height and rafter spacing are illegal, there are no water or sewer facilities, no central heating plant. The siding is warped. It is our conclusion that the building is dilapidated beyond repair, unsafe and unfit for human habitation, and should be wreck- ed and removed. A Danger Notice has been posted and the last known record owner is Louis P.
