RESOLVED, That the Council.,hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and her ®by awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and i
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwellings,
garage, fence and removal of miscellaneous concrete and debris located at
710 Butternut Avenue, Lot S, Block 20 Stewart Avenue Addition and 764 Butternut Avenue,
Northeasterly 1/2 of Lot 9, Block 3, Riverside Addition, Ste Paul, Minnesotasito
PAZrS2;: WRECKIIM COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Informal Bid #652 of said Patsy Wrecking Company, City to pay
Contractor $595.00, such bid being the only bid and said Patsy Wrecking Company-
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul,
