Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: We have been corresponding for the past four years with var- ious owners of 497 -9 Marion Street, described as South 35 feet of Lot 12, Block 29, Robertson & Ettents Addition to St. Paul. This is a double house, two story frame, approximately 28 by 28 by 22. The south and east foundation walls are crumbling the first and second floor joists and roof ridge are not level, plaster is loose and falling, windows are broken, the heating ystem is inadequate, and plumbing is illegal with no vents and no wastes. We recommend that this building be wrecked and torn down. Danger Notices have been posted 9nd the last known record owner is Pat Yarusso, 1644 Hudson Road, St. Paul 6.and Leonard G. Ullerich, 2027 Lincoln Ave., St. Paul 5. Will you please set a hearing date in connection with con- demnation proceedings, as provided in Section 1.07 -2 of he St. Paul Legislative Code?
