designation adjacent to present apartment buildings_ located on the
corner, of Chestnut and Smith to motel parking instead of apartment
parking in. order to change use of structures from apartments to a
motor' hotel .
The undersigned. has complied. with all rules., regulations and
ordinances of the City of St. ,Paul and the State of Minnesota
pursuant to this conversion. from apartment use to motel use.
If this request is granted the undersigned will then apply to, the
City Clerk for a Motel - Hotel license..

parking lot in conjunction with Church at the northwest
corner of Geranium and Greenbrier,
