Dear Council Members:
An inspection has been completed of the one and one half
story frame dwelling at 1459 Highland Parkway, described
as Except South 7 feet for Parkway, Lot 16, Block 6, Kensing-
ton Park Addition to St. Paul.

his building is located near the property line, framing is
two feet on center, it has been damaged by fire beyond rea-
sonable repair, is open, and dangerous to life, limb, and
adjoining property. It should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owners are Geo. W. and Elsie 0. W.
Kraft, 594 Dayton Avenue, St. Paul 2. The contract purchas-
er is John Hoffman, 211 Commerce Building. A Danger Notice
has been posted.
Kindly initiate condemnation action in accordance with
Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative Code, which out-
lines condemnation procedure.
