COMMISSIONS DATE
RESOLVED, that the proposed Agreement by ;and between
the State of Minnesota, acting by and through its Commissioner
of Highways, and the City of Saint Paul, providing for the
furnishing and the installation by and at the expense of the
State, of 16 mercury vapor lighting units on or near several
therein designated bridges over Trunk Highway No. 94, within
the corporate limits of said City, and for the maintenance
and repair of-the same and the furnishing of the necessary
electrical energy for the operation of the same by and at
the expense of the City, hereby is approved and authorized
and the proper City officers hereby are -authorized and
directed to execute the said proposed Agreement in the name
and behalf of said City.
