WHEREAS, the United States Government has
served upon the .City of Saint Paul written notice of its
desire to renew and extend to'and including June 30, 1963,
that certain lease NOy(h�:43225_now existing between the
City of Saint Paul as Lessor and the United States of
America as Lessee, covering use of 1.4" acre site and'berth-
ing facilities on Navy Island, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for
the United States Naval Reserve Training Center, therefore
be it
RESOLVED, That the City of Saint Paul does
hereby consent - and agree to said renewal and extension of
the terms and conditions of that certain lease referred to
hereinabove, for the period beginning July 1, 1962 and
ending June 30, 1963.
