Whereas, It has been found necessary to change, modify and amendicertain
portions of the plans and specifications heretofore approved for the proposed
grading and surfacing and curbing and improvement of Ruth St. from Upper Afton
Road to Larry Ho Drive and Larry Ho Drive from Ruth St. to Michael SO and
Powers Ave. from Michael St. to Winthrop St. and Mitchell Ave. from Michael
St. to Winthrop St. and Michael St. from Upper Afton Road to Larry Ho�Drive
and Larry-Ho Drive from Michael St.- to McKnight Road; also construct ;the
Battle Creek Heights Addition Sewer System and construct a public sanitary
sewer in Ruth St. from Larry Ho Drive to Upper Afton Road as approved
26, 1962, by Council Resolution C.•F. No. 206961, now, therefore, upon
recommendation of the Commissioner of Public Works be yit,
Resolved, That the plans and specifications for the above named i
ment, as approved-by the Council be and the same are hereby changed,
and amended in aiccordance with Addendum No. 1, which is attached to a
a part of this Resolution and of 'the aforement =i oned .plans and -speci fi
and that further all interested'parties be notified of this Addendum.
