WHEREAS, by authority of the Laws of Minnesota for the year 1952,
Ohaptor 330, H.F. 217, and ratified by C.F. 192216, approved �ay 2,
1959, the City of t. Paul may pay a portion of the cost of sidewalk
construction, when such costs exceed the benefits to the property
owners, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the following described parcels
of property within the area of the designated contract District, be
relieved of the following amounts:

RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Yublic Works be and he is hereby
authorised to pay from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code
3001, the amount of $ 1,101.0 3, a portion of the assessable costs of
Sidewalk Construction under the 1960 Sidewalk Contract L -6187, District
go. 1, Levy No. 7, said Permanent Improvement revolving Fund to be
reimbursed from the Local Improvement Fund 31E -1 (1962).
