approved March 29, 1961 and ratified to the Clerk of District Court, Second
Judicial District as of that date
AND 1AENTW, Taxes in the amount of $46.42 for the year 1961, payable in 1962,
was spread on the tax rolls of the County of Ramsey in error
WH9REFMZ, applicant prays that the 1961 taxes payable in 1962 in the amount of
$46.42 covering the above described property be abated.
