Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Bunde and Beyers' Addition,
Emanuel Church's Sub A and Brewster's Sub. from Abell St. to Sylvan Street
under Preliminary Order 199705 , approved November 16; 1960
Intermediary Order 200216 approved December 27, 1960
Final Order 200520 , approved January 24, 1961
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses r( for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing ,be had on said assessment on the 16t1h
day of May, 1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
