This is a two story, four unit brick apartment building, 45 by 48 by 28 feet, located at the front lot line. It is _open, vacant, a moral and fire hazard, dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property. It should be wrecked and re- moved. I The last known record owners are: Hyman Simes, 1727 Montreal Avenue, St. Paul 1'6, and Samson Brener, 1831 Bayard Avenue, St. Paul 16. Danger Notices have been posted.
