Resolution of Council Approving Assess�m�t
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a sewer on Wilson Avenue from Euclid Street to Kennard Street and a
sewer on Euclid Street from Germain Street to Kennard Street.
under Preliminary Order 186042 , approved Februa. 4, 1958 ,
Intermediary Order 186908 approved April 8, 1958 ,
Final Order 187280 , approved May 6, 1958
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment, satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said, assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the eighth
day of August, :x:962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature�of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of , th= parrt_-icular owner to whom the notice is directed.
