RESOLVED, That the prior Resolution of this
Council, Council File No. 2672679 approved May 17, 1962,
hereby is amended in the - following particulars, to -wit:
(a) That the designation, "May 2, 1962," in
the first whereas section of said Resolution is hereby
amended to read, "May 15, 1962, as amended, ";
(b) That the designation, "Ordinance No. 206780,"
contained in the first resolved section of said Resolution
hereby is amended to read "Ordinance No. 12188, as amended, ";
(c) That the semicolon following the words
"authorized by the said Chapter 543, Session Laws of
Minnesota for 1961" in the•first sentence above the schedule
of maturities of the bonds, in said first resolved section
of the same hereby is changed to a comma and the following
additional language hereby is inserted therein immediately
after said substituted comma, "and that none of such proceeds
shall be applied to the payment of the costs and expenses of
the aforesaid project otherwise allocable to the City of
West Saint Paul pursuant to the aforesaid written agreement"
and, in each instance, where the month "July" is specified in
said first resolved- section of the same the specified month
is'changed to "August ";
(d) That the first sentence of the second para-
graph of the text of the bond set forth in said Resolution
hereby is amended by the deletion therefrom of all language
therein contained after the words "to provide necessary storm
water drainage" and preceding the period at the end of the
same;
(e) That the last sentence of said second para-
graph of said text of the bond contained in said resolution
hereby is amended by inserting therein immediately after
"12188 ", the additional words "as amended "; k

Charter of the City of Saint Paul" hereby is deleted there-
from;
(g) That the words "in the Sinking Fund of said
City or" contained in said first resolved section of the
same hereby are stricken therefrom;
(h) That the date of maturity designation

July 1 ", in each instance, where the same appears in said
first resolved section of the same hereby is stricken there-
from and the designation "August 1" hereby is inserted
therein in place and stead of said stricken designation;
(i) That the designation "(C.S.T.) ", contained
in the second resolved section of the same, hereby is
amended to read "(C.D.S.T.) "; and that the date "July 17"
therein contained hereby is amended to read "August 14 ";
( j) That the words, "January'. and ,July" contained
in the first paragraph of the text of the bond set forth
therein hereby are amended to read "February and August ";
(k) That the following portion of the text
of the bond set forth at the end of the same, "this first
day of July, 1962 ", hereby is amended to read, "this first

1962," and by the e1e ion therefrom of the following language:
"and such other sections thereof as may be applicable thereto ";

is further amended by changing the following language thereof
