WHEREAS: Automatic Vendors, Inc. posted the fee and made application for Cigarette
license for the Union Brass Co. at 501 west Lawson Avenue in error as they
do not have equipment at this location, and license No. 8755 was issued
which was surrendered, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund
to the Automatic Vendors, Inc. the fee of $12.00 posted by them and to
cancel said license issued in the name of the Union Brass Co., 501 Vest
Lawson Avenue.
