Account of the General Fund, Joseph Lackner be paid weekly compensation
of $45.00 while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of in-
juries he sustained on July 24, 1962, while in the employ of the
Department of Public Works, and that $9.00 in final settlement,
to and including August 1, 1962, is non► payable.
