RESOLVED: That the 1Qppl ication G-13471 for the transfer of On Sale Liquor
License No. 6179, expiring January 319 19639 issued to the Criterion
Restaurant, Inc. at 739 University Avenue be and the same is hereby
transferred to the corporation name under new ownership, officers,
and stockholders, at the same address.
