FICOUNCIL NO.
WHEREAS, an award of damages in the amount of $ 2, 760.60,
including miscellaneous costs of $ 10.60, has been deter-
mined payable to owners of adjoining properties, in the
matter of the condemning and taking of an Easement for the
purpose of constructing and maintaining the WHEELER -
FAIRMOUNT RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM, Contract "A ", on, under and
across Government Lot 3, Section 5, Township 28& Range 23,
in the City of St. Paul, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the cost of said damages in the amount of
$ 2,750.00:, plus miscellaneous charges of $ 10.60, or a
total cost of $ 2,760'.60, be charged to the P.I.R. Fund
Code 3001, Comptroller's Contract L- 6303 -0, which fund is
to be reimbursed from City's Share of Local Improvemente
Fund, 31E -1 (1961).
