RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for constructing sanitary sewer in U.S.

� Highway No. 8 from 500' N.E. of Silver Lake Road to 29th Ave. N.E.
Kenzie Terrace from Cool idge St, to U.S. Highway No. 8; Si lver Lake
Court, Silver Lane to Silver Lake Road; and in an easement from Silver Lane
to the North for the Village of St. Anthony, authorized by and subject to

the provisions, terms and conditions of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance
M � No. 10725, approved January 20, 1956, and as amended for the connection
of the public sewer, system of the Village of Roseville with that of the .
City of Saint Paul , prepared by consulting engineers of said Village
and approved by the� Village Council of St. Anthony and the Village Council
of Roseville, and heretofore submitted to and approved by the Commissioner
,
of Public Works and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
