Re: Jansen Rezoning
Dear Mr. Hanson:
I have received your letter of December 2nd in which you note
there are two different descriptions in regard to the above
matter.
The property which we desire to be rezoned is Lots 8 through
15 as stated in all our notices to the city. Therefore the
proper description should read:
Lots Eight (8) through Fifteen (15) inclusive, Block
Four (4), Ufton Grove, Plat 1, Ramsey Co., Minn.,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Ramsey County, Minnesota.

Mr. Stephen L. Maxwell,
Corporation Counsel.)
Dear Sir:
Albert B. Olson
Council Recorder
It has bee called to our attention that C. F. 225093,
Ordinance No. 13054, amending the Zoning Code so as to rezone
certain property in Ufton Grove, Plat 1, to "C" Residence, contains
an error in the legal description. You will note that the ordinance
and the letter of the Zoning Board read Lots 8 through 16. However,
the public notice and all other references read Lots 8 through 15.
Would you please prepare the necesspxy ordinance correcting this
error, or advise us on what procedure should be followed to correct
this situation? Please return the entire file to the City Clerk's
office as it is partlof the file attached to Ordinance No. 13054.
