AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
12387, APPROVED JANUARY 18, 1963, AS
AMENDED, ENTITLED:
"An Ordinance granting permission and authority to the
City of White Bear Lake to connect the public sanitary sewer
system of the City of White Bear Lake to the public sewer
system of the City of Saint Paul and thereafter maintain and
operate the same as an outlet for said public sanitary sewer
system of the City of White Bear Lake for public sewage con-
veyance and disposal purposes and-providing applicable terms
and conditions. This is an emergency ordinance rendered
necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 1 of^Ordinance Number 12387, as
amended, be further amended'by adding the following described
areas:
Commencing at a point in the canter line of
Woodland Street (P@w known as Iris Street)
intersected by the West line of Lot Ten (10)
of Hanson's Addition to Town of East Shore
._ produced northerly to said center line; thence_
East along the center line of Woodland Street
(now known as Iris Street) to a point intersected
by the East'.-1 ne of Lot Ten. (10) produced northerly
to said center line • thence South along the East
line of Lo.t,�Ten "(10J of Hanson's Addition to

Street (now known as Hickory Street); thence West
along the center ling of said Prospect Street
(now known as Hickory Street); thence West along
the center line of said Prospect Street (now

Addition to Town of East Shore produced Southerly
to said last mentioned center line; thence North
