clirected to prepare plans a.nd specifications for said improvement, and aubmit same to the Council for

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File Noe 242857 approved Ma.rch 27th. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of N. Wheeler St. from Van Buren
Ave. to W. Minnehaha Ave. and by doing all o�her work which is necessary and incidental
to complete said improvement.
