WHEREAS, Margaret Cleary has submitted the attached proposed lot split for
City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and Public
Works have reviewed the attached lot split at 1817 and 1823 Clear Avenue,
located on the north side of Clear Avenue between Hazel Street and White Bear
Avenue, described as:
1817 Clear: "That part of Lot 46, Block 11 , Hayden Heights that lies
West of a line drawn 20.00 feet west of and parallel with the east line
of said Lot 46 and all of Lot 45, in said Block 11 ;" and
1823 Clear: "That part of Lot 46, Block 11, Hayden Heights that lies
east of a line drawn 20.00 feet west of and parallel with the east line
of said Lot 46 and all of Lot 47, in said Block 11;" and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of
the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
