STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT RENEWAL
INTERCEPTOR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT NO. 124
The Metr politan Waste Control Commission and the City of St. Paul
agree to renew the Interceptor Maintenance Agreement No. 124, which is
currentl in force between these parties. The terms of the Agreement
for the renewal period shall be the same as those contained in the
Agreemen , which wa5' executed for the January 1, 1987 through December
31 , 1987 period with the exception of Section 6. 02:
"6.02. Cost Estimates Monthl Pa ments. " The par-
tie estimate that the tota amount of costs which the
Co ission will be required to pay to the Municipality
for performance of this Agreement in 1988 will be
$24 000. The Commission agrees to pay to the
Mun cipality on or before the last day of each month in
198 , the sum of $2,000 as an advance payment of such
cos s. On or before April 1, 1989, the Municipality
wil submit to the Commission a detailed statement of
the actual costs incurred by the Municipality which the
Co ission is required to pay in accordance with
Sec ion 6.01, and will remit to the Commission any
amo nt paid to the Municipality which is in excess of
suc actual costs. If the total of the monthly advan-
ces previously paid by the Commission is less than the
act al amount of such costs, the Commission shall pay
to he Municipality on or before May 1, 1989, an amount
equ 1 to the difference between the actual costs and
the monthly advances previously paid. The Municipality
sha 1 keep detailed records supporting all costs of the
typ s specified in Section 6.01, which it expects the
Co ission to pay, and shall make the same available to
the Commission on request.
Th� rene al period for Intercepto�r Maintenance Agreement No. 124 shall
be from anuary 1, 1988 through December 31, 1988. That both parties
agree to the renewal period and terms is evidenced by the signatures
affixed o this statement:
