The Council of the City of Saint Paul aving received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is ereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 4.458.000 , financedby Federal Grants and Loans $1,274,000; State Grants
and Loans $1,052,00 ; Sewer Bonds $1,549,000, Minnesota Department of
Transportation Fund $523,000 and Assessments $60,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said ' provement on the 21st day of November, 1989 ,at
nine 1��o'clock a.m., in the Council C ambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature f the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
