Voting In the Matter of mproving the alley in Block 1, Clarke's 2nd Addition and in
Ward Block 2, Da son's 5th Addition by grading and paving. (bounded by Wheelock,
5 Larpenteur, Westminster and Edgemont) .
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said re ort,hereby resolves:
1. That the said re ort and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 8 800 , financed by assessments only.
2. That a public he ring be had on said improvement on the 28th day of FP�u��, 1989 ,at
nine ��o'clock a. ., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of s 'd public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place o hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
