1 WHEREAS, the City Council in C.F. 89-1818 established the Program Evaluation Task Force to
2 complete a report recommending the procedure to be used in setting up a program evaluation
3 process, the methodologies to be used in evaluating programs, and which programs would be good
4 prospects for evaluation and which would not; and
5
6 WHEREAS, in C.F. 90-66 the City Council appointed the following persons to the task force: Joel
7 Alter, Roger Brooks, Paul Mattessich, David Rafter, and Willard Patty; and
8
9 WHEREAS, the task force has completed its work and has prepared its report and
10 recommendations for the City Council; now therefore be it
11
12 RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts the Program Evaluation Task Force report, and will
13 proceed to consider its recommendations; and be it further
14
15 RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby recognizes the hard work, good ideas, and skill and
16 knowledge which the task force has contributed, thanks the task force members for their service to
17 the City of Saint Paul, and commends them all for a job well done.
