WHEREAS, the C ty of Saint Paul is conducting a selection process for the position
of Fire Chief;
WHEREAS, the s, lection process requires a structured oral interview to be conducted
in the City of Saint Paul;
WHEREAS, a nat�on-wide search has resulted in identifying out-of-town candidates
whose qualific�tions place them in the ,top rankings;
BE IT ORDERED �hat the Office of Personnel and Labor Relations pays for travelling

Selection process equired a structured oral interview to be conducted in the City of Saint
Paul. ROBERT RIDG WAY and FLOYD JORDAN were finalists in this process and should be reimburse
for out-of-pocket xpenses of $19.50 and $107.51 , respectively, incurred February 21 and
22, 1991 .
