AUTC�NIATIC DOOR UPGRADE
Furnish and supply all premium labor, services, materials, equipment, supervision
and incidenta];s necessary to upgrade automatic swing doorS originally bid at the
Courthouse/City Hall Annex skyway to automatic bi-parting doors as requested by
each building owner. All work to be accomplished in accordance with the contract
specifications, City instructions and the attached Exhibits; further subject to:
A. Satisfaictory completion of all contract stipulations and covenants
as a result of the aforementioned change and all work affected thereby,
B. The rights of the City are not prejudiced; and
• C. All claims against the City related to or as a consequence of
the afoxementioned change are satisfied.
ORDERED, That the City of Sainr Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing ad�itions made in ac-
cordance with the specifications in the sum of $ 3,226.00 , said amount to be added to the lump sum coa-
