ADMINI3TRATIVE ORDER, Whereas, additions which proved to be necessary to the Improvement described

known as Contract�PO Q09��itX��jdcl��u. C. D. Dist. �do. 7 � 8, Arcade Electric Company ,
Contracta, is composed of the following:
Item 1: Provide and in�tall one GFI electrical receptacle and related wire, fuses ancf other
equipment on 1 S light standards. The additional cost shall conforrn with prices indicated on
attached Exhibit "A".
Item 2: Remove and replace 242 square feet of 4" concrete sidevral6c; remove 17 lineal feet
of straight concrete curW and 5 lineal feet of granite curb and replace with 22 lineal feet of
integral concrete cur9�; adjust the existing utility manhole as reQuired at a location
approxir�nately 1Q0' east of 1��1ac�:uF�in on the soutiz side of University. The additional cost shall
conform with priices indicated on attached Exhibit "B".
Item 3: Locate existing conduit and install a handhole and repair pipe end on the west side
• of Macku�in; rernove and replace 22 lineal feet of existing conduit at a location ap�nroxirnately
100' east of ft,1acku�in on the south side of University. The additional cost shall conform with
prices indicated on attached "�xhi'�it C".
Item 4: Remove and repull appro;cirnately 3300 lineal feet of existing #4 wire instead of
installin� new wire. The arnount credited to the City shall conform �vith that shown on attached
"Exhibit C".
ORDERED, That the City of Sain� Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing adc�itions made in ac-
cordance with the specifications in the sum of $ 3.3�3.54 , said amount to be added to the lump sum con-
sideration named in the c�tract, known as contract �C-Pn #009437 , and which amount is to be financed from:
NPP Fund (#101-36203-0734-61323) and tl�e contract time rernains unchanged.
