THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Chapter 28 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code entitled "Campaign Contributions" is hereby
amended in Section 28.01 to provide after the definition of the word "election" the following:
