1. Substitute surface-mount style bike racks for original cast-in-place type.
2. Excavate to expose buried sanitary sewer manhole to remedy sewer stoppage. Manhole
location is adjacent to project area.
Bike racks can be installed after concrete work is complete. Original specified racks
cannot be shipped in time for concrete pour.
2. Sanitary sewer repairs facilitated.
