Contracta, is composed of the following:
LEAD BASED PAINT ABATEMENT, GILLETTE HOSPITAL
•
Provide all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to abate and/or remove
lead based paint (LBP) from interior/exterior building surfaces ae 1003 East Ivy Avenue
(formerly the Gillette Hospital Building) in accordance with the scope of work prepared
by NOVA Environmental Services dated 7(10/95 (including subsequent revisions) a11 in a
first class, professional manner and in aecordance with State law, MHD requirements, all
applicable notifications, ordinances, standards, codes, etc; and the attached Exhibit "A"
All LBP work to be completed no later than August 14, 1995 and further subject to:
A. Satisfactory completion of all coneract stipulations and covenants as a result
of the aforementioned change and a11 work affected thereby;
B. The rights of the CityjHRA are not prejudiced; and
C. All claims against the City/HRA which are incidental to or as a consequence
of the aforementioned change, are satisfied.
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayoc, approves the focegoing additions made in ac-
cadanee with the speci�cations ip the aum of � 39,999.00 , said amount to be added to the lump sum con-
