WHEREAS, On October 1, 1988, the City, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, executed
Lease Agreement PW/41 granting the use of 3,750 square. feet of vacant land to Naegele Outdoor
Advertising, Inc. for the purpose of conducting and operating a billboard; and
WHEREAS, the said agreement ha�ing been renewed on an annual basis, the term of the �fth
renewal expired on September 30, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the parties to this lease have agreed to ea�tend the term for an addidonal year;
Tf�REFORE BE IT ORDERED, that the proper City officials aze hereby authorized and directed
to execute Addendum #6 to Lease Agreement PW/41, extending the term thereof through
September 30, 1995.
