Whereas the Saint Paul Police DepartmenYs Professional Development
Insritute is facilitating a course of instruction entitled " The Reid Method of
InteTView and Interrogation", and,
whereas this instrucfion will take place March 13-15, 1995 at the
Radisson Hotel Saint Paut.
Be it ordered that pursuant to the 1995 City Budget, the proper City
o�cials are hereby authorized to remit an amount not to exceed $2100.00 to the
Radisson Hotel Saint Paui, i l East Kellogg Blvd, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101.
This is to cover expenses encountered in providing the classroom space to
accommodate this training course,
• A capy of said order is to be kept on file and on record in the Department
of Finance and Management Services.
