Whereas the Saint Paul Police Department's Professional
Development Institute is sponsoring a course entitled " The Reid
Method of Interview and Interrogation" and,
Whereas this course is to be held on March 23-25, 1994 at the
Radisson Hotel Saint Paul,
Be it ordered that pursuant to the 1994 City Budget, the
proper City officials are hearby authorized to remit an amount, not
to exceed $2400.00, to the Radisson Hotel Saint Paul, located at 11
East Kellogg Blvd, in Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101. This is to
accommodate this training course.
• A copy of said order is to be kept on £ile and of record in
the Department of Finance and Management Services.
