The meeting was called to order by President Wilson at 3:30 P.M.
Present - 7- Councilmembers Grimm, Guerin, Long, Maccabee, Wilson
(Councilmembers Thune and Rettman arrived later in the meeting.)
Absent - 0 -
Also Present - Jim Tures, Terry Sullivan, John McCormick, Natalie Hudson, all of the City
Attorney's Office; Kelly Tanzer, German Don Alvarado and Mark Robertson of the Human
Resources Office.
The City Council met in closed session to discuss the Firefighters lawsuit.
