The meeting was cailed to order. by President Wilson at 11:57 A.M.
Present - 6- Councilmembers Guerin, Long, Maccabee, Rettman, Thune, �Ison
Absent - 1- Councilmember Grimm (arrived later in meeting)
Also present were Jim Lombardi, Labor Relations Director; Pam Wheelock, Budget
Director, Joe Kelly, Labor Negotiations Assistant; Terry Sullivan, Assistant City Attorney;
John McCormick, Assistant City Attorney; David Abrams (arrived later in the meeting) and
Molly O'Rourke, City Clerk.
1. Discussing the implementation of retirees insurance benefits as it applies to the arbitration
and negotiation of the Police Federation contract.
John McCormick left and returned during the discussion of this item.
Councilmembers Maccabee and Thune left during the discussion of this item and did not
return.
Meeting adjourned at 12:25 P.M.
