CLOSED DOOR SESSION
The meeting was called to order by President Wilson at 11:00 A.M.
Present - 5- Councilmembers Grimm, Guerin, Long, Maccabee, Wilson
Absent - 2- Councilmembers Rettman (excused), Thune (arrived following the roll call
and left prior to the end of the meeting)
Also present were Walter Bowser Assistant City Attorney, John McCormack Assistant City
Attorney, Natalie Hudson City Attorney, and Molly O'Rourke City Clerk.
Councilmember Thune arrived following roll call and left prior to the end of the meeting.
Ken Peterson and Steve Thompson arrived later in the meeting.
Councilmember Maccabee left and returned during the course of the meeting.
