Also present were Jan Gasterlund, LIEP OfFice; Bob Kessler, LIEP Office; Steve
Thompson PED; Walt Bowser, City Attorney's Office; Ken Peterson, PED; John
McCormick, City Attorney's Office; Natalie Hudson City Attorney (arrived later in the
meeting), and Molly O'Rourke, City Clerk's Office.
